How about this nice Sonoran Gopher. I caught this fella on his way out of a rattler den to get some sun. I was just standing there over the top of the den when this feller came about under my legs. He is a good 4 1/2'+, nice clean pattern and color. Jusr gorgeous.

Gorgeous Gopher!

The ones here in the wild think they are crotes, wind back in an "S" shape and huff and puff like no tomorrow. I have two right now that were just mean as hell at first, but now they are a bit more relaxed and can pound the mice if I let them. I love pits, some of my favorite colubrids no doubt.
