Jesus H! Like 30 new ads in the last 2 hours. Its like a g*d d*mn fire sale here! LOL!

And 10 ads for lizards by ONE guy, when they all could have fit into ONE ad! Crazy.

Oh well. I guess I'm not one to talk.

what's annoying is how people don't put the item is sold or the put the add in the general area when it's for a lizzard etc.

The least they could do is change the ad maybe add more info or something. I thought the funniest thing was when someone put an ad in a competitors private classifieds forum.

It's been bugging me too. I see the same 3 snakes for sale every other day. And the 5 adds to sell off one group of animals.... bah.

You know, some of us have serious addictions here and you're only making us read more posts... :D

Heyyyyy yeah! I DID buy my own forum! So I'm allowed!

Hy who posted in another guy's forum? That's too funny. :D

I agree about the same ads. Same damn animals every day. Makes me wonder why they are having such a hard time selling. Either their rep is bad, the animals are bad, or the market is bad. I hope its the first two! LOL!! :D

What I think is that some of these people don't even have these animals for sale....What other reason could there possibly be for them to keep putting them up for sale, but in turn not answer any E Mails.I think some people just want some stars by their name!

I'll add my 2 cents by doing some "buyer bashing". My pet peeve is the people who contact you with lowball or payment offers & then ya take the time to reply & never hear from them again. This in reguards to the "not answer any emalils" comment above. When someone has the courtesy to reply either way, reply back. Also everyone hates the same ads over & over, but sometimes by bumping them back up it helps them sell as most buyers are lazy & only check the first page. I bump my ads up weekly or so they can be seen again(these everyday people really bother me too , so once a week makes me feel bad enough LOL). By bumping them up last time I recv. many new offers on some of the animals & sold $2,500 worth of snakes yesterday as a direct result of them being back on page one. Sometimes we gotta do what we gotta do, heh heh. In reguards to Jeff's comments to the quality, prices of the animals etc. Well of course there are always people who will never get what they expect too for what they have, but there are lots of more than fairly priced animals overlooked by Canadian buyers everyday. I hate to say it, but it is the market IMHO. Mark I.
P.S. Oh Scary folks, post # 666 on Halloween!!!

What bothers me is someone that sells a lot of snakes and cant give a few bucks to help support the site

I'm also getting frustrated with the people posting tons of adds that could fit into one. I made a post late one night and it was burried by the next day. Even if I wanted to, I cannot bump my posts, as I'm completely unable to reply to my own classifieds for some reason!

There...I've had my rant.

Good point asphixia! I've been meaning to get around to that eh! This winter hopefully.
D & B - didn't mean you directly in reguards to lowball offers or nonreturned emails, just a general statement, but it was our miscommunication that made me think to post. Not made to be an attack on you, but just venting general frustration of internet dealings. No wonder I deal mostly locally, LOL No disrespect meant anyhow D & B Cheers Mark I.

haha, yea. But you gotta admit, the leo population is growing maybe a little bit too fast. I feel bad for animals, thats all.

Actually yes, it does bug me in some respects. They were the first lizard I ever owned (13 years ago) and I have a special love for them. I try to breed slightly higher end ones in the hopes they go to people who respect them a bit more. So far, all I've noticed are slow sales and people low-balling like you wouldn't believe. Live and learn...

To be quite honest, I really don't mind reading the multiple--each item specific posts as long as the title adequately describes what is there. I get frustrated when the title of the ad tells me nothing, and then I end up reading a whole bunch of ads that do not interest me in the slightest.

I have been very fortunate. I can honestly say that every time I have e-mailed a member here, my e-mail has been responded to. I appreciate the coutesy I have been shown.

Iculizard, I don't understand?

Take care,
