Since you wont answer your phone im betting you will read thru the forums tonight so im posting here.
For everyone eles heres the story. My friend got a bp about 3 weeks ago and hes keeping it at my house. It didnt eat the first 3 weeks i had it so today i got a hopper and after 1 hour 22min in a rubbermaid he finnaly ate.
Im thinking it was either that he wasnt used to bigger prey or because my friend just got him but whatever the reason i think he will eat from now on that he took his first meal. This bp can easily take a rat pup so i dont think it was the size of prey.
It might be because we were trying live prey because everytime the mouse touched his nose he curled up in a ball like he was scared but after about a hour & half in the rubbermaid he finnaly got up the nerve to strike and i mean strike!! very fast heh.
