kinda odd thing (help needed)

My female beardie has had her throught puffed up for like 2 full days. I felt it and it feels hard. should this be something to worry about?

She should be seen by a vet. It could be a foreign body stuck in there, or a goiter, abscess or tumor. Best to get it checked.
