What size tank?

I have 2 baby leo's right now, and I am ready to move them into a bigger tank, I plan to get 2 more in the near future, so what would me the min and max size tank I should get? the guy at the petstore told me 20 gallon would be alright for 1 male and 3 females. but I would like to know what you guys think? Right now I have 2 albinos 1 male, 1 female, and I would like to get a leucistic ( patternless) and a Blizzard both females.

1 male and 3 females = 30-40 gallon, for each one add 10gallons basically

yea i was reading caresheets a while back and 99 percent of em said 10 to each one. I would say atleast a 40 imo..no smaller and even that is not so good just because i think that they would want there space everyonce in a while to just be alone, like we would, you know :) also make sure you have a LOT of hides for them to feel comfortable
