Heating racks and melamine cages

THIS IS BUGGING ME!!!
i dont want to use heat lights for the cages because
they are only 12" tall. I was thinking heat rope for
the racks but can't find it anywhere!!! ANY HINTS
ON HOW TO HEAT????????

Heat tape, possibly in conjunction with low wattage incandescents, depending on your ambient room temps. That's how the pros do it.
