cave spiders on fear factor

Well, I'm pretty sure they where cave spiders on Fear Factor. I was wondering if anybody was watching and if they know what kind they were. They were supposed to pay this lady some money to eat a live one( i heard they never did,) and she did. I was so pissed I cant believe it! They're so cool, neat and beatiful! Man, wheres peta when you need em?

It's a Tanzanian tailess whip scorpion. You're in Cali? Try www.invertapet.com . I own one and they are awsome like a mantid in how they catch prey but live a lot longer. Oh don't let the name fool you they don't have a stinger or fangs and are completely harmless.

I keep mine in a kritter keeper with vertical peices of bark in a darker spot. Dirt bottom a few pieces of bark on the ground. Three crickets a week. Spray one corner every two days.
