The best all around for beginners and experts has to be
The Leopard Gecko Manual
by Philippe De Vosjoli, Roger. Klingenberg DMV, Ron Tremper, Brian Viets
Publisher: Independent Publishers Group; (December 1998)
ISBN: 1882770447
It should be available at any decent pet store, but is also available online from Amazon.com, breeders, herp societies etc.
