View Full Version : resentment towards venomoid
I was just looking at another website that has venomous photos. There were several photos of people "showing off" their venomoids. I am very against the whole venomoid thing and just though that these people looked silly flaunting their surgically altered snakes, thinking they looked cool.

Complaint noted. Were you talking about Scott? Ha.

Ha Ha Barry. I think my hatred of practice of the surgery is well known. I could not imagine my big eastern with his head f***ed up from a stupid alteration just to make him " safe " I might name one of my cobras Chuck though as it seems to like to wrestle its food. Ding dong needs to learn to bite and let it die not bite and then try to pin it with its hood. Speaking of Chuck apparently when he is down the wife has agreed to make a prime rib dinner , apple pie and cheese cake. SO HURRY UP CHUCK.
I think I might make that trip with him in January. :) I know I am not the norm, but I have no problems with venomoids. I'll never own one, but refuse to pass judgement on someone who does. Barry

Be careful about mentioning food to Barry. Next thing you know he will be at your door.

Sloane Russeck, Perhaps I have you confused with someone else, but haven’t I seen ads on the SHHS website with you selling voids?
Never, I keep venomous I dont sell them. I am a member of the SHHS though. I have even posted on the SHHS website my resentment towards voids. You must have me confused with someone else.

Sloane, thanks bro. Really trying to get some though provoking topics in there. I was really excited about the “where to the rights of a venomous keeper stop.” But not as many people joined in as I hoped. I guess the general population hates to think. =)
Scott,
I offerd it a rabbit about a week ago, no luck. I would like to give it an appetite stimulant. The place that I got it from caught it in Homestead last Feb. It was used for snake shows and had very stressful time in captivity(being pinned and milked for the shows). I bought it because I didnt want to see it die (since it was not eating and they were going to let it die). I knew going in that getting it to eat on its own would be dificult. It is one of the nicest EDB's that I have seen, really light colored with a nice contrast about 5' 1/2" long . I tried to post some pictures but it kept saying my file was too big. If you like I can email you a picture.

Sloan go ahead and e-mail me . I have some of the same powdered B12 electrolyte ray uses i will get its name and send it to you , works great on animals that have a hard time feeding. I am curious if your animal got to used to tube feedings? I know this sounds a tad sick but have your tried road kill squirrel yet. fresh ofcourse. Also have you dewormed it yet?
