hey everybody! i'm new here.well anyway does anybody have any information on senegal chameleonsi saw one in a pet shop that is poorly maintained.

Senegals have been one of the most over-exported chameleons and most are wild caught and tend to die almost immediately after being purchased. You can try and strike a deal with the guy and try to save it, but it's a long shot. Here, read this:

Although, if they look healthy and you give them a thorough inspection and ask to see some stool samples and see them eat, their care is rather simple. Read this:

I would suggest a search engine like Yahoo in this case. I punched it in and several infomative site popped up. They are a rarely cb species with fairly high maintenance needs, but if you've kept reptiles (especially chams) before, then it may be for you. Good luck!
