ornate box turtle questions

Hi. I took my brother to a captive-bred reptile show case a few months back where he purchased a captive-bred juvenile ornate box turtle. He is having surgery soon, and has asked if I would like to take his turtle. It has been a few years since I have kept box turtles, and I never kept an ornate before. In doing research, I have found a lot of contradictions. Particularly on the amount of humidity needed and the UVB lighting. So I was wondering if anyone could give me any pointers on the ornate. The type of setup, diet, humidity, heat, lighting, size of enclosure, etc. Thanks a bunch.
