It always seems unreal when you get the chance to mess with big boas like this girl. Every time we take her out you can appreciate what amazing animals these truly are. The downside is the giant mess that comes a week or so after a big meal but that is all part of the fun...

They always look smaller in photos even when you use a toonie to judge size....

We have had her for around 5 years. We believe that she is about 9 years old but it is hard to say. She has bred for us once already, 26 healthy babies in '01. We aren't too worried about breeding her again. She has been snuggling with her boy this year but we aren't expecting anything. We have been fooled before. It seems to take alot out of the big girls (she is over 40 pounds).

40lbs!!!! Sweet Jesus! I hope the hell mine never gets that big. 40lbs is like small burm size. What do you feed that monster?
The hold back male is very nice. I really like his colour.

Nice female! Last time I saw the big Albino female that BigDan has she was just under 10 feet and ~60 lbs. She was a monster and definitely made me second guess getting one till I have room for a 8 foot cage.

We have only seen a few pics of Big Dans giant albino and that girl could make alot of boa keepers second guess getting one! lol...

Jared-It is always a workout getting her out of the cage and then back is just as much work. When she is out it is more like she is holding me. lol...
