well first of all how old are they and how big are they?
no need to put them together if they arent ready, some more info would be better.

They are Columbian Boas.. The Male is 6' and the Female is 5'.
How do I go about cooling them and breeding them?

well for one the female is prob a bit too small man, ive been told that the female should be at least 6 feet and weigh at least 10-12 pounds, and also you should consider having the male smaller than the female, everyone i have talked to that breeds them says smaller males work way better.

Wait another year for the female. Especially since you don't know what you are doing, and especially since someone has sold you adult boas DURING the breeding season, which means they weren't a breeder, which means the female probably doesn't have adequate weight for the rigors of gravidity.
Wait another year.

Amen, Jeff. Chris, that female is way too young and too small. Let it be another year.
