Large bugs for monitor

I would like to hear some of everyones opinions on bugs(preferably large bugs)for a full grown savannah monitor lizard.

Blaberus sp. -- deaths heads roaches, false deaths head roaches etc.

walking sticks, katydids, hissing cockroaches, tomato bug grubs, lots of big bugs out there on web for V. exanthematicus...they love them.
