Here's some better photos of the new coastal. Her background is more of a grey, but my camera seems to be having problems and keeps washing the color out.

I bought her as a female, but she has small spurs. Normal for Coastals?

Well if she has spurs, looks like your girl is indeed a boy. Rosies are one of the few snakes that you can sex based on spurs. Females typically do not have any. She's a gorgeous boy though ;)

If she is a he, she's a pretty HUGE he, having a girth of 4 1/2" at "her" largest part.

Guess I'll just have to have her probed. Or wait til mating season :)

I'm just going to call her a "She' for now, but no, she hasn't tried to bite once and even ate two mice for me on her first day home.

I can reach in and take her out of her enclosure without a problem-so far.

There is no need to probe. That snake is definately a male.
There is no significant size difference between male and female rosies, as there is in Sand boas.
Coastals are the largest rosies and they will hit 4 foot.(both genders)
