opinions on next reptile

Hi, everyone. I have a 15 gallon terrarium to fill, and would like your opinion. The measurements are 12" x 24" ground space, and 12" in height. Let me know what u think out of the animals I am considering:

pictus geckos
crested gecko (with cage standing on end, i presume)
rosy boa
western hognose snake
3 striped mud turtle (altho i'm not sure this terrarium would be big enough)

The tank would be perfect for some pictus geckos, but not big enough for a crestie. I don't know if it would be big enough for a rosy, but if so, go for it! They are great snakes if you know how to take care of them.
Hognose would be cool too, but I do think the cage would be a bit small.

Fraid I don't know much about turtles...

I say pictus or rosy boa!

i'd also go with a pictus,lol,don't own any,but they're on my long "to buy" list,along with of course Blue Tongue Skinks!

A rosy would be quite comfy in that.

I'm pretty sure that would be ok for a Hognose as well, they are smaller than Rosie's.

A Hognose would be fine in that tank, especially as a neonate or yearling. Plenty of room, and personal favorite of the choices listed. Go toad poppers!!! ;)

Way too small for any turtle. Rosies are some of my favourite snakes. Easy to care for and come in all sorts of colours and patterns. They can live in that size their whole lives (even smaller). I'd say the best candidates are the rosy, hognose, or pistuc. I think hogs are ugly I don't like pictus, but that's jsut my personal tastes. Go with what one you like best.

If it was me i'd either get a crested gecko, or the hognose :D

A 3 striped mud turtle would need at least a 25-30 gal or so.

That's what I was thinking about the turtle. I know the 3 striped mud is small, but I believe turtles need more space in relation to their size than most other herps. Honestly, the crested would be my last choice on the list. At this time, I think I am leaning toward the pictus geckos or the western hognose snake. We'll see.
