need to down size photos

I have some photos i want to post but the size is to big what is a program that is easy that i can down load and make my photos small to load. I used a powershot s200 digital elph. thanks Nick

You can use Windows Paint. Go to the image option, then stretch/skew and then fool around with the size.

Go to Nonags.com (http://www.nonags.com/nonags/index.html) and get IrfanView. It's completely free, no strings attached. It lets you compress your pictures, edit, and manipulate them. It's a great photo editor and easy to learn. Check the index listing under "Graphics Viewers - Freeware"
