Supers and mealies will eat eachother, that is why its important to make sure they have enough food. They aren't nearly as bad as crickets, but still.

what do they eat? veggies?

They eat loads of things. I keep mine in a substrate of:

-white bran
-red bran
-12 grain mix
-rye flakes
-fish food flakes
-rolled oats
-pablum (mixed fruit type)
-spirulina
-oat bran

I also provide them with a variety of mixed greens (collards, spring greens, dandelion, etc), veggies (peppers, squash, zuchini, etc), and fruits (melon, pear, grapes, etc). Carrots, apple, potato work fine as well, but they are mainly for moisture as they do not have much nutritional value, so I feed those infrequently.

You must separate the puppa and the beetles.
Make sure there's enough food for all.
Worms and/or beetles can canibalize over puppa.

I've never bothered with seperating any of my colony and haven't experienced any problems as long as they were kept fed.

if you look closely in that pic you can see the different stages.. Meal worm on the right, pupae on the left and then the beetle
