View Full Version : I hate fighting
I almost got expelled from my school this past week. A 20 year old that's still in high school got mad at me (for walking through a door that was closed) for no reason (i'm 16 by the way) and I pretty much walked away from it but then he followed me and nailed me in the back of my head, and I end up being the one that almost gets expelled because he needed medical attention after the ordeal. Why do people have to be ********?
Sounds like you gave better then you got.

Good for you for sticking up for yourself. You could actually charge the 20 year old for assaulting you, and it's worse on his part because he's over 18, there's heavy penalties for assaulting a minor.
unfortunatly canada has their stupid no tolerance policy.. if you retaliate in anyway you get in trouble too. Even self defence has its downsides.. But as TRD said, you could press charges.. 20 year olds cant just hit anybody they feel like.

wow that suks, any witness
Apart from almost being kicked outta school, good job man, dont take any *****. If you let people do stuff like that then they get the idea your a push over. People can say "be the bigger man and walk away" all they want but then you just get your a$$ kicked, thats for all you parents out there.
Good job sticking up for yourself

these ZT policies started in the states. zero tolerance is another name for zero thinking.
I've always felt that a sharp and cutting wit is much more effective then a good jab, however that doesn't always work. Good job though.

I am glad to hear it as well but ill tell you something I have 4 children 2 are young ladies just approaching their teens and i have always told them straight forward walk away if you can if not make sure you finish it :) Can't spend your life getting kicked in the teeth no matter what the schools say.
"Never ever start it but always finish it"

dude that totally sucks! At my school we have the no-tolerance issue as well. I'm just glad you stuck up for yourself. Who gives a crap that you almost got expelled (at least you didn't, right? that's all the matters as of now) as long as you showed that 20 year old no fear. All goes to you...

I dont belive in fighting but when some one strikes you better make dame sure it dose'nt happen twise.
And if dose happen again make sure he owes you HIS lunch money next week.
I was bullyed all my junior high year by the same bully well when I got to high school he was waiting so right there in the midel of the cafateria I knocked the S.O.B out and thru him 5 doloars and told him I felt sorry for his lazy @$$ and that I was gona pay his lunch today but next time I was breaking his two legs.

Good for you man! You didn't provoke anything, but you finished it. Now that sonofabitch will think twice before he assaults someone again.
Maybe he's angry because he's a 20 year old who is still in high school...aren't there any adult educational facilities out there?
Sometimes people feel a need that they are tougher and they pick out on smaller kids... self defence has its down sides, 'cause the other person can press charges too... my buddy got charged with assault, robbery and extortion not a while back, all he did was grab some kid to stop him, and his buddy kicked the brains outta him and stole his cd player... it ended up in my boys' and when the cops came to his door, the saw the CD player on his shelf in the livin' room... he was charged fairly, and I"M NOT supportin' his actions either... best way to keep outta trouble is to streer clear of it ...
theres always downsides to pressin' charges, dont think that after you get everythin' settled things will be fine... 'cause ya never know, one day you be walkin' home and a van pulls up and 5 men jump out in masks... beat you with bats and bounce... i'm jus' warnin' ya man, **** like this happens, and it happens a lot...

That is the harsh reality.
i hate pussy's who bully i get into fights i got suspended for fighting not to long ago but he deserved he took my kindness as weakness so i smacked him up. sometimes when someone a lot bigger than you or a lot of ppl are gonna gang up on you. you have to role around with some ppl or put somethin in your pocket. i am one of the most humble fighting isnt that great but boys fight sometimes it just has to happen
BUT NEVER BULLY i hate bullies
