God i love my snake!

well last night fark gave me a perfect shed, which i am proud of. AND she took her firs f/t rat weanling like a champ. i usually feed on sundays, but skipped a feeding b/c of the switch to rats, in the midst of which ecdysis began. so i fed today, and boy was she hungry! she was 138 g befor the meal, and she took a 40g rat! thats 1/3 of her body whieght, dang. any who she is doing great, with the swiitch will probably grow like a weed. check out those colors, man this pic does no just to her at all

How often do you handle Farkus? For how long?

i handle about two days after a feeding, or if it is a big meal like today, 50g rat, now 224g, i will wait abou three! i usually handle from about 45 min. to about an hour, it doesnt seem to stress her out according to the bp manual, some times she will curl up underneath my hand and sleep for a while, shes so cute.
