hi is there such thing as a white and black amazon tree boa?

It depends on what you mean......some of the garden and halloween phases have a dark brown/blackish color with white/grey markings sometimes.

Yup. Halloween phase ATB turn black and white with age, and some garden phases have a high contrast dark brown with creams and sometimes whites.
