I'ld like to know if there's some tricks to introduce my atb together (when they'll be old enought to breed) as I have a reallly really agressive male. What can I do to prevent the female from been bitten as he bite anything that move? He strike at hand, hooks, absolutly anything so I guess he could strike at the female too.

They're not ready to breed yet but I seeking info for the future.

Thanks for your help!

You might try introducing him into the females cage. He'll be much less aggresive on unfamiliar turf.

Snakes do not react the same way to other snakles as they do to other types of animals. The reason they strike at other animals is because they feel threatened or hungry. They typically will not react in this manner to another snake (unless they are cannabilistic such as kingsnakes), because another snake of the same species if not a a predator to them, nor is it prey ;)

Thanks both of you!!! I'll try to put the male in the female cage and will stay far (so he'll not feel treatened by me) but I'll keep an eye on them, just to be sure.
