She is so cute ATB's remind me of Sir Hiss from Robinhood.
I am new to arboreals and I was wondering if you can answer some questions about ATB
When do they reach maturity?
What and how often should you feed a 7mth old?
What is the ideal enclosure? What do you use?
Sorry for grilling you but any insite would be much needed thanks.

Rubbermaids and custom enclosures are the only ways to go with these snakes. Tanks are crap... completely unsuitable. Impossible to maintain any sort of ventilation and humidity balance. Until you learn to read your snakes behaviour, feeding every 5-7 days is fine for their first year. I am not 100%, but I believe they reach maturity around 3-4 years of age. All of this should be worked out BEFORE you aquire the animal, or the animal may suffer the consequences.

I have 2 and they are fine in tanks. If you know what you are doing it is fine, on the other hand if you are getting one for the first time you should read up on them. I have never had a problem with mine in tanks.

Well I've had mine for 5mths in a 20 gallon and I mist his cage once in the am and the pm. He has shed 4x with no problems and is going to shed again in a day or so. He eats well and I have a fan above the set up that is on at all times for ventillation. There are plenty of fake plants, vines and limbs for him to hide amongst as well as a humid hide and a large water dish. I think he is doing great and he is a very nice snake his disposition is calm and curious.
Just out of curiosity what do I need to do to acquire a license for keeping venoumous snakes. Do I have to have one for local snakes? Thanks guys for all the help...
