Just a few shots of some of the excellent cornsnake girls we got from Mark Isbell this summer. They are all doing so well and even though I didn't want ghosts to begin with, they have rapidly become some of my favorites for personality. They are always out checking things out - not shy at all and the most adventurous - maybe it is not due to their color - but related to what their parents were like - but they are great snakes. The snows are shyer and the amels are little devils!

Here are three of the girls

Great looking ghost. Why didn't you want a ghost?

Katt and Invictus - ghost color just never appealed to me - I love amels and creamsicles (wish they weren't an intergrade) are some of my favorites - so I didn't mind the idea of a ghost for the combination of anery and hypo to include in the gene pool but thought it would be more efficient to get those genes through the hypo snow females I got from Mark (three recessives in one animal is kind of handy).

I now find that I really like the ghost personality and the color is growing on me - I tend to prefer intensity in colors - but tastes change!

I love the amels I got from Mark - quite different from the amels I currently have -

thanks eveyone for kind comments - just have to love corns - they offer something for everyone,
