Is there ever any reptile shows in Hamilton ON?

Well... There's one in Caledonia but only once a year (in the summer).

Well, there used to be, it was the S.O.R.B.E. Show put on by Todd Constable of the now defunct Constable Reptiles. It seems the shows didn't get ANYWHERE near the turn-outs that were expected, and were discontinued.
