Tangerine Male from this season.

This guy is going to a guy in North Carolina unfortunately. Whats interesting about him is his color as a hatchling was much more mellow. Its slowly increasing with every shed. He is around 5 months old and just now starting to show more tangerine. I have noticed with many tangs that the ones hatching out super orange as hatchlings sometimes fade and vice versus. Let me know what you guys think.

I too have noticed several babies change colour like that -- had a couple of positively electric babies whose colour faded quite a bit, and a few duller babies whose colour ended up to be pretty stunning -- all the more reason in my eyes to hang onto babies until they've had time to mature a bit so you can have a better idea of their adult coloration :) With tangs especially....
