That depends on how crowded the room is I guess. If it's an elevator or car it's not funny at all.LOL! About the boashit though, it is, for some reason just like that. Not like a corn that goes like twice a day for three days in a row not too long after feeding, the boas seem to save it all up. I was concerned about the fact that it was so long in between the times my BCI did his job when I first got him. Someone suggested to me that it may be that while they are young and growing like mad they may need to use more of the food they're eating and as a result need to expel waste less frequently. Whatever it is it looks like the poor bastards have gone into serious labour to pass some of the logs they put out. Yuck!

my boa's poop is grey... is yours that colour too?

Well there's the stuff that looks like soft serve vanilla ice cream then there's the stuff that looks like a german sheppard broke in to the enclosure and left you a present, generally brown in colour, and it's all carried out by a gelatinous substance that resembles raw egg whites. Yumm! How's that for an unnecessarily graphic description? LOL! But no, not grey from what I've ever cleaned up.

Are the actual feces grey or is it just hair and other undigested waste mixed in giving it a grey colour?

No kidding! I've been anxiously awaiting my Boa's first poo, since I got him, until the other night and I couldn't believe it! It seemed as much as my adult Ball does! Fortunately, it was in the water bowl so it was easy clean up!!

I still wonder what the burm, afrock, or retic owners have to go through when their snakes *****. I would imagine a shovel and a firehose would be required to clean their enclosures. *LOL*

Solid Snake, you're not lying! My BC dropped a fat deuce just yesterday. It was actually after three rats, and it seems to be a trend (three rats per deuce). I kid you not, the poops were the size of nickels and there were more than just a few pieces. The damn snake isn't even three feet yet. There were also quite a few nicely sized urate pills along with the massive pile of caca.
