Northern Blue Tongue Skinks

Does anyone know of any web sites/care sheets about Northerns BTSs? I am thinking about getting one, and have read a few care sheets, but they all had conflicting information. i.e. to feed dog food/cat food, not to feed dog/cat food, etc. Any help would be appreciated! Does anyone keep these lizards? If so, post pictures please!

Craig Loose at Blue Tongue Pages is the best source I've found. I'm not sure if he deals with northerns specifically, but he's a fountain of info on BTS in general.

Hi! I keep an Irian Jaya Blue Tongue. They are the best pet lizards, in my opinion. I do feed mine canned dog/cat food. Not every time, I rotate between other things. When I feed it, I feed low calorie chicken flavor. I also feed monkey biscuits, superworms, nightcrawlers, plain cooked chicken breast or turkey, and scrambled eggs. Along with mixed vegies and fruit. I have had my blue tongue for about 4 years now. I love him!
