Hi all i have a couple of ?'s about a climbing branch i am going to make well actually a few Climbing Branches...................................

1. Ok i have a few types of wood i can use this is natural wood that i got off a of a few trees ive cut down i can use ether Plum Tree Branches, Apple Tree Branches, Or Pine tree Branches What wuld yall suggest.

2. And i am also wondering if i should sand and peel the bark off firs then bake it or bake it then sand and peel the bark of.

No pine. I don't know much about wood and herps but I do believe that pine kills them.

Cedar kills. Anything else should work, just scrub them in hot water and dishsoap or a little bleach and rinse them well, and let them dry first.

soft woods in general are bad. Cedar is the worst. But all soft woods, including pine, secret an oil that is not good for the animal.
