View Full Version : interesting morning
well guys i had an interesting morning. when i woke up i went over to my carpets to spray them and i realized that the back of one the the rubermaids was a little off. oh sh1t i thought to myself. i spent an hour looking over my entire room. but then i had to go to school. so i told myself i would find it when i got home. so there i am siting in programing class when i get a call from my sister
u will never belive this part but its true
my little baby female carpet had gone under my door and gone into my sisters back pack. and if u thought that was bad she has a phobia with snakes :S. when she got to school she open her back pack and there she was tryen to get out and i dont know waht happend from that point on because she wont tell me but i ended up skipen my class driven 30min to get to her school and then the principle given me the evil eye. but then i was leave one of the teachers wanted to see it so i showed it then they all wanted pics of it and everthing.
but all i can say is thank god she it all right and sleepen in her cage again from her relly stressful day.

a month? how old and how did it look when you found it?
was it stressed out and refusing food or biting? how dehydrated was it? i am so worried! this is my first time with snakes loose in the house and it is driving me insane. i cant even focus at work,
which is pretty scary, but any way thanks for the good luck i really hope i find them too!
he was about 6-10months old
he just had a tinny bit lose skin on it. he was pritty much fine its just that i saw that he had tryed to shed and it didnt come off all the way so that was the only think put him in his cage and uped the humidity and fed him the next day and everything went fine
snakes are hardy as hell they will relly surprize u dont worry some times they just appear but sometimes not :( just look around at night but dont spend to much time because he will go an hide because u have it light. so dont worry i bet u find him some day.
oh yea and if u think hes gone down a vent leave it open becaues he might come back up
and dont forget to look up high because there great climbers

great story. when huxley escaped (last week...geez...) I ended up finding him three or four hours later in a closed soap drawer. weird, weird. now his tank is locked.
