These are for my 2 baby IJC's

http://www.moreliapythons.com/gallery/data/500/219dscf0002.jpg

They are each in a 10 gallon tank. They have a wooden dowl in there that is wrapped in marbled contact paper (mimmicks nature really well huh?). They share an adjustable human heat pad, they have 25 watt lights for the day, just to throw some heat and cycle lights for them. They each have 2 hides,....although they each just hide under the paper towel substrate. Both of them have condom boxes as hides....my male loves his (go figure)

And if you have a good eye you can see my white castle sign on the right, and 2 boys humping on a sled on the left :$ . It was a christmas decoration at dunkin donuts that I bought for 70 cents.

Great looking setup! The IJC on the left looks like it's being a little active. :)

Not bad. Although I would change a TON of things, the most glaring one is the "branch" you have. I would ditch the diagonal style and get something that's horizontal. And nothing smooth like that either. Defeats the entire purpose of having a branch in there. You are putting objects in there that YOU like, and not objects that your snakes can use. Fine if you want to do it that way, but not really fair for the snakes.

Thanks jeff. Ill work on getting the branch thing fixed this weekend. I didnt have anything in there, and figured it was better than nothing. The reason I covered it in contact paper was I wasnt sure what kind of wood it was. I know it wasnt cedar, but it may have been a soft wood. I had read on here that contact paper is a good way of adding a protectant between the oils of the wood and the animal. Ill get them something better in there soon.

Sweet deal bro. Post pics of the new branh set-up for sure. Make sure to use a hardwood (maple, oak, etc etc). I can't wait to see it. I'm always looking for new ideas and Carpets are the best display snakes in the world!
