Someone explain this to me please

I have just signed up my friend to this site. His screen name is TheReptileShow. The problem is that he may not post, reply, or do anything on the forum other than look at it. This really sucks because if it stays that way, there is no real reason to sign up since you can view this page as a guest.

Someone let me know why this is like that.

He needs to go to the e-mail account he has and look @ the e-mail he received from sSNAKESs and finalize the joining of the board.
