I bought a couple of rat pups for a really low price. I've killed the rest(humanly) and put'em in the freezer. Theres 1 left but he doesnt have his eyes open. I want to nurse him but i'm not quite sure if i should. Will he eat solid foods and i'm not quite sure he can find the water...
So should i kill him like the rest and put him in the freezer?
mmm hmmm.... how do you kill them humanely can I ask? I just pound 'em on the wall...
input pleaseee!

when i say humane i mean i do it swiftly without pain or suffering.
i used co2 from my paintball gun, put it in a bag shot 20 rounds (i have auto fire so lots of gass is released). Then when the bag is full of C02 i put the rats in... tada...

Well lets see if his eyes aren't open........then he ain't gonna eat "solid" foods. So just kill it like the rest. If you want to breed some them then get some of breeding age, if you want one for a pet then get one of the appropriate age/size...
be careful though, adult rats are really smartttt....

i got an infection the other day when i got bitten by a jumbo rat, dang it hurts!
rats have a muscle that goes from under their jaw to over their heads, which is why they can bite so hard. they also grind their teeth when they brux (their version of purring) which can cause their eyes to boggle.
