one of my boas dies today because of provent-a-mite

i had a mite problem and i used provent-a-mite and now one of my posible het albino boas is dead. please help me i dont know what to do i tried to contact the place i bought the porvent-a-mite from but they have not respondes. i followed the direction exactly. is this product safe for reptiles. this is the second reptile i have lost this week do to provent-a-mite. i also lost a ball python. i am very up set i have alot of time put in on my reptiles and to have them die is very up setting. someone please help any suggestions for what i should do.

Gove us as much info as we can to see were u went wrong .. this way maye tere is a solutiom to all of this although your animals are dead and unfortunetly nothing willl bring them back..

first time I ever heard of a problem with provent-a-mite. You should have had a necropisey (sp) done. There may be another source or cause than the mite spray. Sorry on your losses
