ya ya I know.......it's been done to death but I am going to ask anyway.
Do your royals go off food? If so, how often and for how long?

Well my little female BP was a problem feeder. But has successfully ate adult mice 4 times. She wouldn't eat for a month after we got her. And she hasn't refused since she started eating adult mice......but I've heard of a BP refusing food for about 22 months.....so they can survive a long time without food. Just make sure he is healthy looking, don't lose to much weight....etc....etc....

There's no set time for balls to fast. I've had mine fast for as little as 2 months, and I've had them go for what seems like ever...lol :p I have one male here that has been fasting for 10 months and counting

My baby refused some meals, but I think that either a) my technique was wrong, b) he wasn't hungry, c) the prey was too small, or d) his feeding response wasn't developed enough to take f/t food yet. Either way, it was user error and not the fault of the snake.
