breeding time for males

How big should a male be to start breeding? In general can an 8 month old male breed?

Size and age isn't really that important with males. Its the females that have to be mature enough with a good weight. If he's willing to breed, let him go to town ;)

I couldnt agree more Linds, the males age doesnt matter, if hes a good size then let him loose with the ladies. I alternate my males with my females every 3 weeks, within 5 seconds the guy is on one of the females haha, I guess thats what 3 weeks of solitude can do ; )
