Something wet and warm.......

I was helping Prana (female bp) shed around the tail and vent...

well when I pulled the old skin off of her vent she started squirming so bad! Well all of a sudden she stopped moving, and I felt her tense up.................



..............Then I felt something warm and wet on my shirt, and heard *tink* *tink* *tink*......I said "oh :eek: no" and looked down.........yup.....the baby had just peed on me! And on the table sat a puddle and 3 little urate "stones" lol....I couldn't believe it!!!!

I read it somewhere on here where their snakes had peed on them or someone else...but I thought that it would never happen to me :rolleyes: ! And of course my partner could not stop laughing!!!!

I didn't know that liquid came out WITH the urates. Thats interesting to know.

yes i've been told that a lot of snakes will find inspiration to go at times when you are handling. I've even heard of snakes that won't go number 1 or 2 in their enclosure. They'll wait till they are out on you or someone else. lol. Little boogers aren't they? To you Dave yes if liquid comes out with the urates all that means is that they have plenty of fresh water. :D

Interesting that you would find it warm...at most it should have been at your body temperature.

Well i had been holding her for a few minutes.....but yes I found it to be very warm.....*shrugs* maybe it was because it shocked me......lol......I've never been peed on by anything, and it's a good thing I put her back in her enclosure......because the next morning I found #2 in her cage! That would have fun :rolleyes:

ewwwww! hehe. that was my main motivation for not getting an iguana--the only one I ever took care of peed on me two or three times. :(

lol......well thats it...I have never had anything pee on me before...so it shocked me, But I still laughed at it!
