When I was a novice snake keeper, I would hold Montey the same day after she ate and she was perfectly fine with it. However, I know that this isnt the case for alot of snakes. I just thought I'd say it lol

But yeah, now I wait a day or two.

no less than 48 hours plus which sucks since she eats every five days lol

Depends on the meal.. If it's a fat meal, I leave 'em alone for up to 3.. Otherwise, like everyone said, 2 days..

A few times I've went without handling from one feeding day til the next.. But I try not to do that;) ..

I don't handle my snakes except for regular maintenance (ie- cleaning). If they really made a big mess, I will still clean them the next day, but generally its a good idea to leave them alone for 48h-72h depending on meal size.

No less than 3 days if possible. I've started to discover with the baby corns though, they start pooping 2 days after feeding, so we'll handle them long enough to keep them safe while we clean.

2 days is plenty, but the key for me is to just make sure that the food has been digested, and there is no lump left in the tummy. it's not less than 36 hours, but it can be longer.

Always after 3 days and to all of my snakes. On big meals after 4, because i don't want to poop on me.
The only one that i can handle after 2 days is of course...-who else-....the burm! :D
That snake can eat old day...incredible appetite!
