i saw mika roaming the bottom this morning!
i am a bit worried that she wont lay right aways, because she has not been eating a whole lot lately ... i hope her first hole, is the one she desiceds to lay in!

They don't, and shouldn't, usually eat a few days before they lay. If they do, it will only compact their organs and make laying difficult.

well today she just scouted about ...

i dumped water in the cage to moisten up the soil to a right consistancy for laying!
