yea matt i have to agree great geckos and i really
do love the setup you have going there, mine's
kinda bland, are your plants real or artificial?
matt_winter

My plants are artificial, but i have a really cool enclosure idea for the later years and i want to try to grow some live plants in there. (which i dont know would work)

Oh yes and one more thing, i was wondering if my big patternless can eat pinky mice yet, i dont know how old he is , but judging by the size of him would you say that he could be fed pinkies?
Thanks in advance

Very nice looking geckos!! They are adorable! What is that substrate you are using and have you had any problems with it? (them eating it or it being too dusty etc). Yes it looks like your patternless could take a pinky, but there is a chance she won't. I find that leos either love pinkies or just ignore them. Oh and your "jungle" is actually an aberrant I believe, jungles have unbanded tails.

so cute! i too like the setup--what is it? are they all in the same tank?
matt_winter
08-22-03, 01:01 PM
yes they are all in the same tank and its a 75 gallon. P Falcon i haven't had any problems with the substrate and its "eco earth" which is made up of coconut

His substrate looks like it's bed a beast or could be eco-earth (same thing diff. companies). I house my leo's on it and have never had a problem with it. Plus it makes a great moist hide when you mist under one of the hides. (if that sentence made any since) lol.
Nice looking leos you have there cant wait to see pics of the whole cage!

i have used 'eco earth' for my golden gecko and marbled gecko, which require humidity. It's good stuff to work with except for the fact that if you miss cleaning up the dung, you get fungus growing.

I don't have any problems with its poop just try to clean it as much as you can
