I don't have any pics of mine in my gallery, but I could by the end of the day.... ;)

Yup, I've got a G. lui male. He was given to me recently from a pet store, believe it or not.

This is my female, a little while after getting her. I got them in pretty rough shape. They've gained weight and are looking way better. Eggs soon, maybe. I'll try to get updated photos soon. They aren't very tolerant of me, and photo taking is quite a task!

Those things are so cool! :D Positively evil looking... hehe...
oh, I wish they WOULD be the next thing...but they just aren't keeper-friendly enough. They don't come out into the open, they are harder to breed and raise, they are more picky in their care requirements, and they hate interaction with the keeper.
It took me forever to find a pair close to home. I had to settle for some recent WC animals, sadly.
I still like my G.k. splendens a bit better. Slightly more cryptic looking...

Pretty gecko this G. kuroiwae too, but i am in love with the G. luii! :)
You have a pair of both spp.?
Maybe the reason for this non-friendly posture is the fact that they are WC geckos and that's why they behave like that.
I'm planning a trip to UK to get a pair of Goniurosaurus luii. The breeder told me that they are CB.
~Greg~
Goniurosaurus, are by nature, very very shy animals. They just don't adjust to handling well, even CB. CB animals are a bit more relaxed though, that is for certain.
You've got good taste in your geckos!

Thanks!...Generly, I like colorful animals with angles and slender bodies...even if it is a snake, lizard, tarantula or anything else. :)
I'm not that fan of Varanids for ex...and there you could find me a fanatic of Varanus prasinus (color again) :D

Goniurosaurus are definatly awesome geckos. At the moment I'm working with several Goniurosaurus including G. areanus, G. luii, G.splenden, and G.kuriowae. I'm incubating G.splendens now and the babies should hatch out in the next few weeks. You can see pics of all these geckos at my website. http://www.desertdesigners.com

That Goniurosaurus k. splenden, the Nephrurus levis levis and the Underwoodysaurus milii are awesome!
