Sometimes we put the food in a two liter, and sometimes we just let it go free in the cage, he seems to like the loose prey items more and gets more excited but I don't fancy mealworms going their own way in my house. LOL.

Healthly looking cham! How often does he eat?
LMAO!!!! He's certainly making up for lost time isn't he?
He looks good, colours are nice. He's got a few scars on his face that I didn't see the first time you posted pics, but they are all healed and nothing to worry about. Again it adds character!
Keep up the good work with him... he's in my thoughts.
Any poop yet?

Trace- LOL. No nothing! He had a huge drink a bit ago outside though....maybe today. LOL I can't believe I am waiting for cham poop and like monitering this situation. LOL.
It's cute now because he knows our little routine. Early morning he gets his crickets or other insects, then his cage is taken outside. He warms up for a half hour or so in the sun then he gets a HUGE spray down with mister. A few more hours of sun, another spray. Then I TRY to offer him veggies during the hot part of the day.
Anyways it seems the more I stick to this the less stressed he is each day during the moving, spraying, etc. I am hoping less stress and more water will help with the bathroom situation. :D

Marisa... any poop yet?
Ok, the only thing weirder than you waiting and monitoring the poop situation with Gus, is me wondering about the poop situation with Gus!

LMAO!
No! nothing yet :( I don't get it. Today he drank water again but nothing. I am slightly concerned but I don't see any strain or "swelling" yet. So I don't know what to think.
My roomates suggested I put a "perch" up and have Gus in the bathroom when I take a shower tomorrow. Thinking all the warm steam might make something happen?!? I don't want to stress him out though and I think that might. But who knows. I don't know if that will even make a differance.

Hey Marisa! :D
DANG! NO POOP!
I doubt being in the bathroom steam will get things moving, but you never right? It won't hurt him at all to do so. You could even put him in the shower if want. That's what I do with some of the dehydrated chameleons that come to me. I simply adjust the shower head so it sprays against the tub walls and place a plant or perch on the bottom of the tub that the chameleon can sit on. The water bouncing off the walls hits the animal and they eventually start drinking. I'll leave them like that for 10 minutes or so once a day.
Now I don't think Gus is dehydrated by any stretch, but as I said previously any water you can get inside him will help. Maybe this trick will work for you. Who knows. Besides I don't think you are ready for chameleon enemas yet! LOL!
Keep me posted!
