I am driving into Niagara this coming Sunday night with my gf and will stay until late Monday. Any reptile related places I can visit? Or any other interesting activities I can do while we are there? I plan to go to the falls (reserved a hotel somewhere around there already), the street with all those museums and shops and probably On the Lake. Anything romantic will do too because it's her b-day :D

Nothing really for reptile places around there Dragon Farms in Port Colburne is closed and pretty much everything up there is by-lawed so the pet stores do not sell anything but small stuff

But there is other things to do like the casino Clifften Hill is the main drag and there is some cool stuff to look at

Have fun
Brandon

Thanks Brandon. I did more searches and I think I'll go to the Great Gorge, the Spanish Aero Car and Journey Behind the Falls. I planned to get a helicoptor ride but it was way too expensive and I'll skip the Skylon Tower because I think my hotel is right next to it and has the falls view.

alan,
The falls is the worlds largest tourist trap... there's ALWAYS something to do :D Lundy's Lane (turns in to Victoria) is the main strip... horror houses, museums, bars, mini putts, restaurants. There's the IMAX theatre, the moving theatre, head shops in the front of every horror house. Alien Encounter is a pretty good one. There is always the Butterfly Conservatory as well. LOL... that's probably the closest thing to herp-related in there  As for romantic... do the adult shops and ripper joints count? :D Always good times...lol :p

lordkovacs,
Reptile Store in Niagara Falls? I live 10 minutes from there... its illegal to even sell rodents as feeders. You can't keep snakes or anything. As Brandon said, everythings pretty much bylawed.

I went to Niagara for a few times already, but everytime I go I only went to the falls, Lundy's Lane, the casino and the surrounding area. I went to Niagara On the Lake once while I was little and I don't remember much about it except that it is a beautiful town. I did some researches on the internet and I think I'll have enough things to do for the trip (hopefully). The Butterfly Conservatory is not in my plans but I think I'll go there if I need time to fill. Anyways, thanks guys, that was really helpful. :D

By the way, are there any nice resturants in Niagara? Any suggestions?

I remember the coolest haunted house down there about 20 years ago (Gad it's been a long time and i feel old!). It was all dark and you walked through with doors locking behind you and they had some guy running around through trap doors trying to scare you into saying some word that ended it early. I wonder if the place is still in business.

I think so, I've never gone in there before but I always got friends telling me how scary it is
