As an example if you have 3.7.4 leos

That would be

3 males
7 females
4 unsexed

Just to prevent any confusion, when you see it listed as two numbers like this - 1.4 or 0.2 it is always males and females.

For unknown or unsexed, you will always see all three numbers - 0.0.6 for example.

An easy way to recall, if needed, is to remember MFU.
