I found him or her about an hr and a half ago and it's now sitting in a 2.5G clitter box. I plan to not sue any lights at all while it's in the plastic box and use natural sunlight for the UVB. My room is pretty warm right now so I think it should be fine in room tempreture. I'll move it into a 5 gallon glass tank once it grow bigger. I am not sure what to feed though, do you guys know where I can get pin-size crickets in small quantities? I'll look into the flightless fruit fries too and see which one I like better.
Any feedbacks are welcome because I do not want to screw this thing up. :D

They can take surprisingly large crickets right out of the egg. But nothing more than 2 weeks or so. And make sure to dust with vitamins and Calcium!!! I wouldn't bother with fruit flies. Put out baby food as well though. Just like your adults. And make sure the humidity is up! Use wet paper towel for the substrate and don't use screen on the top of the cage!!

Good luck. That's awesome! I remember my first Day eggs hatching. One of the coolest geckos on the planet!

Congrats!!

So I can just feed them with the crickets I am currently feeding to my one month old cresties? I just got another hatching today and it was shedding already. I didn't know if I should feed it or not but I picked out some tiny crickets and threw them into the cage anyways.
What's wrong with the screened lid? Will their tails and legs get trapped in the holes? I am using a small crit box (those clear ones with black tops) right now, are those fine?

Yea, I took a few photographs, luckily I just borrowed the digital camera from my gf's brother because I just bought some cresties the day before. I'll post some pics once I get them ready :D
