so you have'nt foud it yet? what methods have you tried??
I think you should put a mouse in every room and check them every morning, at least then you will be able to tell if its still in the house;) what is the climate like out side? is it warm enough for him to live all year round??

hes bound to get hungry soon then, you could even leave a mouse out side coz he probably wouldnt move that far away if he was. gl
a week is nothing dude. just hang in there. i had a cal king that was only a few months old that escaped last year....im not sure exactly how long he was gone for, but it was at least 8 or 9 months including a pretty harsh winter (i live in canada!) i tried everything to get him back and had already given up after about 3 months. i figured if my cats hadnt got to him the winter would surely kill him. well last month (july) my neighbor was cutting her grass and she said she found my snake, so i went over there expecting to find a garter snake of some sort. i lift up this little board that she said he was under and to my amazement, there was my little cal king, tiny and malnourished. hes still in the process of being fattened up but hes looking ALOT better now. to this day i still dont know how it is even possible. im just glad to have him back:D
Yeah they always turn up when you least expect them too.
I had a male hatchling corn get out twice, both times gone between 4-8 weeks. And BOTH times he found his way back to his cage, and I found him curled up in front of it both times.
I also had a female adult anery get out this year, didn't worry too much and the next day I was about to lean over so I put my hand on a higher shelf to support myself, and she slithered right onto my fingers when I was leaning over. LOL.
