Hi everyone,
I haven’t posted since my intro a few weeks back and now I finally have news. I received 3 new balls yesterday. The male is large and ready to go. I checked and found sperm plugs. The two females are both very small, only a few moths each. Two came from a buddy and one came in to my local pet store. They were told she was CB, but who knows. I will say this; she very calm. The next few weeks should prove to be interesting when feeding day comes. I just hope that everyone takes F/T with out problem.
Cheers,
Trevor

Thanks Grant that's the plan. Everyone is set up right with hides and hot spots of 90 so we should be good. I found out that the male is WC and was bought from a pet store in Ottawa. They got him from Mirdo. Apparently he was a good eater, I don't know what he was eating is the problem.
Cheers,
Trevor
Congratulation… You shouldn’t have a problem… Think positive… If he was eating once than he can eat agen! :)
Good luck and keep us posted.

Ok updates. The small female (Cleo) from the pet store has shed and is looking good. The small female from my friend (Ghana) is acting more like a store bought WC then a CBB. I’m treating two small bite marks that are a couple of weeks old at least. While cleaning her and reapplying ointment to the bite marks I found retained skin on the tip of the tail. I think I caught it in time it was actually starting to make a crease. As for the big male (Darth Ball) he is in a shed, eyes are very blue. My roommate moved out so now I have herp room! The three new balls are set up in there with in the same cages they have been in since day one. I keep the door closed and now they have totally in peace and quite. The room temp is about 80 and all the hot spots are about 90-92. Everyone has two hid boxes and fresh water. They will stay in that room until I move on the 31st. When I get to my new place I will have a herp room for them there too. I'm not handling or doing anything except checking temps and water.
So am I forgetting anything?
Thanks,
Trevor
sounds good to me

I had a snow corn who lost the tip of the tail b/c I missed it. It may not be too late. Soak her in warm water and work with it. It may be tight but you should be able to get it with a soak and by scrapping at it with a finger nail. If you don't get it she will lose the tip for sure. What happened with mine was when he shed the tip did not come off only the outside layers of skin. That dried out and then the tip came off in the next shed. I don't know how much pain is involved but were talking an area that is being pinched so tightly that blood flow is cut off and the tip dies and fails off, I'm sure that it can't feel good. Start with a good long soak and then try to get it off. There is also a product out there called shed aid. I know people that have used it for Chameleons but I don't know about using it on snakes though.
Good luck and keep me posted please,
Trevor
