they are two different habitats, and sizes and it just is not a good idea. so ill say no.

different environmental needs, hogs eat reptiles, stress on both snakes, husbandry confusion, records confusion and the list can go on

I definately would advise against putting them in together.
How old are they?
Is the hognose western or eastern? this has nothing to do with putting them together, I'm just interested!!

I have a bullsnake and 2 corn hatchlings. the 2 corn hatchlings are in the same tank,but we asked a breeder of 30+years if it was ok first,as long as we feed them separately it would be fine

there will be someone in here that will have had experience of hognoses that might be able to give more advice. But personally I wouldn't keep them together.

With few exceptions, at certain times of the year (Breeding season, hibernation), snakes are basically solitary creatures. Keeping more than one snake in an enclosure is not normally standard practice.

Yes, buying a separate tank is a wise choice.

OOPS x.x I have two yearling Ball Pythons in a 35 gallon tank, a male Banded 50% het for albino and a normal female. Altho they seem fine they are always wraped in a ball hiding with each other. lol if one leaves the hiding space the other one fallows.
