OK, here's the story, I have a 2 and a half feet male BP and I thought that as any BP feeding time were a pain in the a$$ because half of the times he refused to heat.
About 6 months ago I started to keep records of the feedings, pooping and stuff and it turned out that he keep an almost exactly period of 30 days betwwen meals...
Is that healthy or could it be any problem with this feeding habit?
Any comments or experiences will be really appreciated.
Martin.
No problem as long as he appears healthy. It just means thats when he's hungry. Just because we want to feed them once a week or whenever, doesn't mean they are hungry or need to eat that often. Some may want more, some may want less. As long as he eats and maintains a decent weight then he's just doing his thing ;)

Also depends on the size of the food animal. If your snake eats a mouse pinky once a month, I'd say its on the road to death. If it eats a med. rat once every 6 weeks, then the snake could be ultra-healthy. Its not always so cut-and-dry as frequency of feeding. A MILLION other thing come into play.

Well he is on rats 4 sure, he feeds on 1 medium rat or 2 small ones by time, as I try not to feed a small quantity of food per feeding time.
So thanks for the comment, it makes me relax a little bit! ;)
