How can I find some reptile shows that are somewhat nearer to me. I know they have them regularly in Daytona but that's nearly 15 hours from here.. Anyone got any good links that could help me out?

i would recomend looking in the reptiles magazines each month they have a new listengs of shows all over the states(the last 5 pages) and the magzine is very intresting and cheap only $2-3 u.s
or you could try online just look up reptile shows i'll try and find you a site that list them now and if i do i'll post it

oh ya you can subscribe online at www.reptilesmagazines.com and you can pull your subsrcibtion any time if you check near the back around pages 80-100 you'll find the cold blooded events(herp shows) somehwere in between there and it lists for everymonth wherever a show is taking place at
enjoy!

You can also find out where those same shows are that appear in their magazine at their website:

http://www.animalnetwork.com/reptiles/calendar/calendarlst.asp

:)

Slightly cheaper solution.
